Because let’s be real: sometimes showing up to do admin is annoying and hard. We need a ritual to get it done—with glam, grace, and zero grind.

Whether you’re sending invoices, organizing receipts, applying for grants, or just trying to get your desktop under control—this is your space to show up and get things done.

Bring your to-do list or just bring yourself. You don’t need a plan—just presence.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Every Artist Admin Hour is simple by design:

  1. We meet on Zoom (cameras optional). (We used to meet at Chicago Art Department, but now we’re fully virtual!)

  2. We start with a smooth check-in: What’s your vibe today? What does success look like for you? What’s gotta get done?

  3. We work. Quietly. Together. Lo-fi beats or ambient magic in the background. Pajamas encouraged.

  4. We close with a celebration and reflection: You showed up and got things done! We deserve a treat.
