005 The Who, What, Where and a Guy Named Rashid

005 The Who, What, Where and a Guy Named Rashid

I'm excited that I have made it to episode five! Its a mini milestone for me. I'm a hit the ground running type of lady because I can get held up with fear, so once I had a trailer and a interview ready for my podcast I posted and kept it moving. The downside of that though is that I never really spoke about who I was and the why of how Nosey AF came to be. So I took some time to explain that in todays episode.

I also explain my podcast avatar Rashid to you and I would love to know if you resonate with him.

Yall folks stay broke, and I hate that! Ugh, I hate it so much, but I also can relate!! I feel like a payroll service when it comes to handling my money UGH! I don't know about you, but I'm always thinking of ways to manage my money, save my money, correctly spend my money, and how to get money from these dudes out here! Okay, the last one I'm joking about, but still, the money stays on my mind.

I had been talking to my friend Camari since he is a money expert and then I thought oooh Camari, can you come to my podcast and talk about money. He said YES!

So here he is with is busy self, being a father, husband and wealth advisor talking to you and me about how to be the best we can be with dealing with coins. This will be one of many conversations I plan to have around the topic, because guess what out of sight out of mind and I REFUSE TO HAVE MONEY BE OUT OF OUR MINDS mmmkay!

As mentioned in the conversation make sure you have an account with Digit and Acorns, (btw these are affiliate links, hook me up!)

Also, what do you think of these episodes? I love and need feedback so if you don't want to rate the podcast feel free to send me an email at stephanie@missgraham.com or slide in my DMs on Instagram.

Listen in for a pretty good Basic Necessity Giveaway too cause Camari sweetened the deal wonderfully for ya!

As always thank you for listening. Next week I hit a milestone with my fifth episode of NoseyAF, and I am stoked.

Welcome back to the Nosey AF podcast! This episode a conversation that I will probably have ongoing about Mental Health and today I'm with my friend mental health and sober coach Chris Boutte

Chris is a survivor of depression, anxiety and addiction, PRAISE THE LORD! That Chris has been delivered from those things and now he teaches others how to improve their mental and emotional well-being.
At the time Chris and I had our conversation Chicago rapper Fredo Santana passed away and it had me sad, so we discussed that, on top of getting our mental health together, getting sober and being the best we can be.

OH, I also introduced the... ya ready.... THE BASIC NECESSITY GIVEAWAY!!!
The BASIC NECESSITY GIVEAWAY is merely giving away basic needs. We got you on groceries, toothbrushes, bus cards, hair needs, random cash WHATEVA. The truth is if your an artist or entrepreneur you can you all the help you can get, and WE (really me, but you know companies say “We” and shit) WE want just to help you be set up for success! Don't worry, you don't have to post shit about this, cause its NO ONE BUSINESS listen to the episode and if the BNG is a good fit for you, hit me up #GOTYOUBAE. So make sure you listen up to hear what today's BNG is, so Chris, and I can hook yo up!

Welcome to Nosey AF! (Podcast Trailer)

WELCOME TO NOSEY AF (podcast trailer)

nosey af1 (1).png

Hey!
Welcome to the NoseyAF Podcast! I can't believe you are here! Thank You, Thank You and Thank You again.

Let me tell you about the show!, So.. the Nosey AF Podcast is a weekly show ad the goal is to get all in the business of folks about who they are, what they do and why they do it.

This is my fancy elevator pitch of what the show is:
Artist and Filmmaker Stephanie Graham digs deep with people who are nothing like her.

Each week the Nosey AF podcast gets all up in the business of movers, shakers and subculture makers. Stephanie explores how the hell they got into the worlds they've found themselves a part of.

At the end of each Nosey AF episode, you will either have random info to share and impress your friends with or have a new idea for a project of your own.

So that's basically it. I will talk about this on the show but as an artist and filmmaker, my practice is rooted in subcultures and how folks think and do what they do every day.plus I'm excited about getting more into the audio medium.

Here I am. I'm excited that you are listening and reading.

The world is yours. See you soon

Stephanie
